Record doctor–patient consultation
This records through your laptop's microphone, not a direct phone-call feed. For a telehealth call on your mobile: put the patient's call on speakerphone and place your phone next to your laptop so the laptop mic can pick up both voices clearly. For an in-person consultation, just make sure the patient is close enough to be heard.
Day, date and time are added automatically when recording starts (Melbourne time).
Record up to 60 minutes / 24 MB. With consent, audio is sent to OpenAI for live text and final transcription; the transcript is retained in Hallmark Precision Health. Audio and transcript are retained as consultation records, including when removed from your view. Keep this tab open until processing finishes.
