This is the real current Longevity Assessment Doctor Admin page with the completed demonstration record. It is completely static in this walkthrough: typing, file upload, voice/dictation, editing, buttons, publishing and clinical actions cannot be used. Longevity Assessment functions are available after joining.

Longevity Assessment — doctor workflow
Start with the patient's integrated clinical information. The quality of any generated result depends on the quality and completeness of the source information available to the doctor. Missing clinically important data can make the result partial or less complete; the system does not invent information that has not been supplied.
Review the patient's integrated clinical information
Before generating the longevity assessment or stack, review the available multidomain clinical information and confirm that the relevant history, medications, pathology, genetics and other investigations are as complete as reasonably possible.
STEP 2
Identify and add missing information
Add available results or request clinically appropriate missing investigations. If important source information is unavailable, the assessment can still use the information provided, but its conclusions may be partial rather than a complete healthspan assessment.
STEP 3
Upload results and generate the doctor draft
Upload blood tests, genetic markers and other relevant investigations. Review the automatically generated doctor draft before editing the Patient Stack.
STEP 4
Review, edit and clinically interpret
Correct source data where needed and add the doctor's clinical context, doses, duration, exclusions, monitoring and interpretation.
STEP 5
Publish only after doctor approval
Publish the doctor-approved stack to the patient only after confirming that the available information is adequate for the advice being provided.

Integrated Longevity Review
Review the patient's multidomain healthspan information before generating the assessment or Patient Stack. Bring cardiovascular, metabolic, brain/cognition, muscle/function, bone, sleep, sensory, lifestyle, biological-age and functional information together first. If important clinical inputs are unavailable, the assessment can still use the information supplied, but its conclusions may be partial rather than complete.
Open the same AI Clinical Case Triage available in the Biological Age workflow. When a specific Longevity Assessment is opened below, the patient-linked conference remains available inside that record so the selected assessment can be carried into the conference context.

Longevity Stack Assessments.
Doctor: normally the patient completes the Longevity Stack questionnaire themselves and sends it to you — you then review it, add the lab results and publish the reviewed stack back to the patient. However, if your patient can't complete the questionnaire for any reason, you are able to complete it for them. That is what the + Start new assessment option below is for — click it to open the same questionnaire your patient would see and fill it in on their behalf, then review, edit and publish it exactly as you would for a patient-submitted one.
