Patient payments and settlement are processed through Zedmed and Tyro.
Zedmed and any other clinic, onboarding, usage or service charges are separate and payable from activation; they are not included in the Digital Room rent waiver.

Zedmed, Tyro and PayPal
After approval, Hallmark will add your practitioner profile to the clinic's Zedmed account and configure the Tyro consultation-payment pathway. Consultation settlement is 80% to the treating doctor and 20% to Hallmark. The app does not collect your payout bank details. PayPal is used separately for the $299 monthly Digital Clinic Room rent, with only the first 30 days of that rent waived. Zedmed and all other charges apply from activation.
Login diagnostics: the password is used only to create the doctor login account. It is not saved in Firestore.

Doctor responsibility
I confirm that I am applying to use the Hallmark Precision Health / Dr Rob Health Doctors Rooms platform. I understand that I must follow the laws of the land, maintain appropriate medical registration and insurance, obtain patient consent, protect patient privacy, and remain responsible for my own clinical decisions, patient advice, diagnosis, treatment and communication. If approved, only the first 30 days of the $299 monthly Digital Clinic Room rent are waived and PayPal collects the first rent payment on day 31; Zedmed and all other charges are payable from activation. Ending the tenancy requires 30 days' notice. Patient consultation payments are processed through Zedmed/Tyro with the agreed 20% Hallmark / 80% doctor settlement. I understand that if I breach the rules, do not pay the agreed fees, or create a patient-safety risk, Dr Rob Health may issue a warning, suspend my access, or remove my doctor card from Doctors Rooms.
